"Absolutely love this place, and had the most wonderful stay here! I can't say enough about the beautiful room, the even more beautiful view from our room (complete with desert views and javelinas!), the lazy river, and the delicious fruit infused water! But even more than all of this, my husband and I were so impressed with the 100%, above and beyond friendliness and helpfulness of every single employee that we had contact with. We arrived a day earlier than..."

"EXCELLENT service - the staff is really amazing. Thoughtful touches for each experience whether dining, enjoying the grounds or the room. I especially appreciated that when I ordered room service at 6:30 am and noted that my husband was still sleeping … there was the softest knock at the door, whispering while dropping off my food and coffee, and still quietly picking up items to tidy the room on the way out. Magical stay. We will be staying here every..."
"For my bday, I had the pleasure of getting a fantastic massage from Brooke and a deep cleaning facial from Adriana. Both of them, along with the rest of the spa staff are some of the kindest, most personable people I've ever met. I highly recommend both of them and to visit! I'll be back in the future for more services!"
"First time staying here and we loved it! Beautiful, quiet hotel with amazing flavored water in the lobby every day. The restaurants were great — had lunch at The Signature Grill and our waitress was awesome. Our newer room felt super high-end and had a really nice enclosed balcony with two chairs and a table — it felt private and comfortable. The pool and lazy river were perfect for relaxing, and the gym was great too. We also hiked one..."
"Although my stay at the Marriott began with some challenges, the exceptional professionalism and dedication demonstrated by Joe, Renee, and Adalberto completely transformed my experience. Their attentiveness, problem-solving abilities, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Each interaction reflected a high standard of service and care that exceeded expectations. Thanks to their efforts, what could have been a disappointing stay became an outstanding and memorable one. Their exemplary customer service is a credit to the Marriott brand, and..."
"Beautiful resort. A little overwhelming coming in at night for your 1st time. Its not really well lit and its out there. Being out there is nice once you settle in because it helps provide that nice quiet, calm, environment. I opted to park myself in the garage so be prepared to walk quite a ways to get to your room. They do offer valet as well if thats something you'd prefer. Theres many amenities that unfortunately I didn't get..."
"Service is top notch here. I kept asking how long employees worked there. Lowest was 3 years and top was 20 years! With the back drop being hiking trails I took big advantage of that fact! Enjoy!"
"Clean lobby and well-organized valet area. Front desk staff were polite and efficient when I was inside. Pickup zone is clearly marked, which makes it easy for guests coming and going. Had no issues coordinating transportation using a local service like Tucson Rideshare. Would recommend for convenience and location."
